Cabbage Stir Fry
In a large saute pan, on medium heat, add the onion and toasted sesame oil. Cover and cook for a couple minutes until the onions soften. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and cook for about 7-10 minutes, making sure to stir at least once. Taste. If it needs salt, you can add it now. Serve with toasted sesame seeds and green onions as garnish if you like.

Ingredients
  • 2T sesame oil
  • 1small cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 3-4cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Add sesame oil to large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cilantro. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve with cilantro.
