Ingredients
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until combined.
  2. Then gently stir in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours. 
  3. Serve with a dusting of cinnamon.
