Ingredients
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp green onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground back pepper
Raita Sauce
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 4 sprigs mint leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Combine chicken wings, vegetable oil, and all other ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  3. Spread out wings on a large baking dish.
  4. Bake until wings are browned, about 25 minutes.
  5. Mix yogurt until smooth.
  6. Add in remaining ingredients, stir and serve.
  7. Serve with raita.
