Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp green onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground back pepper
Raita Sauce
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 4 sprigs mint leaves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
- Combine chicken wings, vegetable oil, and all other ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Spread out wings on a large baking dish.
- Bake until wings are browned, about 25 minutes.
- Mix yogurt until smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients, stir and serve.
- Serve with raita.
