Homemade Granola
A hearty granola naturally sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients
  • 4cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 3/4cup slivered almonds
  • 3/4cup raisins
  • ½tsp sea salt
  • ½tsp cinnamon
  • ½cup melted coconut oil
  • ½cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, raisins, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Pour in the oil, maple syrup & vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Pour the granola onto a baking pan lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Spread granola in an even layer. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
