  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 cup mixed greens
  • 2 medium pear, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/4 tsp salt in a large bowl.
  2. Slice Pears. Add pears, walnuts, and cheese to lettuce. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
