Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 6 cups milk of choice (almond, flax, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Serve warm. This is delicious topped with banana slices, raisins or slivered almonds!
