Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
A smoothie you can eat with a spoon – a great way to brighten up your morning!

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1cup raspberries
  • 1/2cup flax milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1tsp. flax seed
  • 1tsp. chia seeds
  • 2Tbsp. roasted pumpkin seeds or nuts of choice
  • 3Tbsp. gluten-free granola
Instructions
  1. Add the banana, raspberries, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and flax seed to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour contents of blender into bowl. Top with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and granola. Enjoy!
