Salsa Tilapia

Ingredients
  • 2 medium tilapia fillets
  • 1cup homemade or jarred salsa
  • 1/2medium lime
  • 1/3cup cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place tilapia on baking sheet sprayed or coated with oil.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup salsa on each fillet, and squeeze the lime over each piece of fish.
  3. Top with chopped cilantro.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes. Serve as is or top with avocado slices.
