We’re excited to now offer curbside pickup at all of our store locations with a selection of 5,000 items. For a $5 fee, our co-op staff will shop for you and carefully pack your order, having it ready on the date and time that is most convenient for you. Get Started by Setting up Your Account
Setting up an account will allow us to serve you better, and there are several convenient features for you to utilize, like viewing past orders or your current owner coupons. It should take just a few minutes, and then you’ll click on the “Order Now” button above and start shopping!
Are you a member-owner? Read the instructions below and then Start Here!
- Select the password reset method you prefer and use the email or phone number associated with your member-owner account. Click submit. If you don’t know what phone number or email is listed on your membership, call any of the stores and we can look it up for you! This would be a good time to update your contact information if it’s outdated so we can contact you about your order. We prefer you to use a cell phone number to set up your account so we can best reach you.
- You will be sent a verification code to your phone number or email. Enter code.
- It will prompt you to create a new password.
- You will need to ‘select your home store’ (you can change this anytime at the beginning of a transaction).
- You should see ‘Hello, [your name]’ in the upper right corner. Start shopping!

- Complete the required fields and then click sign up. We prefer you to use a cell phone number to set up your account so we can best reach you.
- You will be sent a verification code to your phone or email. Enter code.

Start Shopping!
- You can use the Search field or click into the departments along the top to browse. When you want an item, click ‘Add to Cart’ or enter the + sign to increase the quantity.
- A note about produce items: some items are by the weight (per pound), and some items are by the each (ea). For example, when you order bananas, you will select the number of bananas. When you order apples, you will order the weight.
- Every item in your cart has a place where you can ‘Add Item Instructions’ to help us understand any questions or instructions you have. For example, “If bananas are green, please remove this item”.
- When you have reviewed your cart and instructions, finalize your order by clicking on the yellow ‘Order Now’ button. You can also save your cart for later; please note that prices are subject to change.

Select Your Pickup Location, Time & Payment
- Choose ‘Curbside Pick Up (Location)’. Click ‘Continue.’
- Select a preferred date and pickup time for your order. Click ‘Continue’. Only the remaining time slots will be available. You can place your order up to 7 days in advance, and you will receive sale prices for the day you pick up (not the day you place your order).
- You can choose to ‘Pay Online’ for contact-free pickup or select ‘Pay at Pickup,’ and we will bring a card reader to your car for payment. You can save your credit card for future online payments.
- Review one last time and click ‘Confirm Order’.

Picking up Your Curbside Order
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready. For us to best serve you, please arrive during your designated pick-up time slot, even if your order is ready before that.
- Park in one of the two reserved spots in the lot with a Curbside sign. Call the number on the sign to let us know you’ve arrived, and we will bring your order out to your car. Your personal shopper will discuss any substitution issues if needed.
- We will bring your order out to you within a few minutes. No need to get out of the car! If you paid online, you’re good to go! If you selected “Pay at Pickup” you will need to complete payment on a mobile card reader.
- You can also walk, ride your bike, or take public transit for pickup orders, just follow the same process and call us when you arrive.

What if I don’t know my member-owner number, phone number, or email address associated with my account?
Call any of our stores and staff can look it up for you.
What is the fee for Curbside at the Co-op?
It is $5 per order and is included in your total when you place your order.
What hours can I use Curbside at the Co-op?
You can place an order 24 hours a day and 7 days in advance. Pickup time slots are between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day of the week. There may be changes to hours on holidays.
What products do you have available?
We currently have approximately 5,000 items available and will continue to add more over time. There is some variation in the products offered at each store. We may experience out of stocks that will impact your order. Staff will contact you about substitutions when we are not able to fulfill every item on your order.
SHOPPING
If I don’t see something I want on the Curbside at the Co-op site, can I make a special request?
You can request a new product via our contact us form and select ‘Product request – Curbside’ from the Category dropdown.
You may make a special request of up to 3 items per order by typing your request into the ‘Order Instructions’ box. Or, select a similar product and in the ‘Add Item Instructions’ box, type in the item you are looking for. The more details you provide us about what you are looking for, the better!
What if my item is out of stock in the store?
We substitute with the closest available alternative of equal or lesser value. We do not substitute conventional items for organic items unless you note this in the ‘Order Instructions’ or ‘Add Item Instructions’ fields in your Cart. If you have provided us a current cell phone number, we may try to reach you by text or call to discuss substitutions. When you arrive to pick up your order, your personal shopper will let you know about any substitutions made and any out-of-stock items from your order.
Will I receive sale prices on my curbside at the co-op order?
Yes, but this is dependent on when you schedule your order for pickup. If the item is on sale when you place your order and still on sale when you schedule your order for pickup, you will receive the sale price. If an item is on sale when you place your order but not on sale on your pickup date, you will receive the regular price. Please check our sales page for sale dates.
Are ingredients listed on the Curbside at the Co-op site?
We’re working on ensuring nutrition facts are available, but manufacturers may change ingredients and or packaging without notice. The nutrition information on our site is for reference purposes only.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
Call the store line for your pickup location as soon as possible. Typically, we cannot accommodate requests for an earlier pickup date/time than originally requested. Please note that since we prepare orders in advance, we cannot accommodate additions at the time of pickup. Staff may be able to add items with shorter notice, but we can’t guarantee that.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No, orders must be placed online. Additions to your order can be discussed with Curbside staff over the phone. Call the main store line where you are picking up your order and ask for curbside staff.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement.
PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Can I bring in my reusable bags?
Unfortunately, to make Curbside efficient, we need to pre-pack in paper grocery bags before you arrive.
When will my groceries be ready?
You’ll select a pickup day and time when you complete your order from the remaining available slots. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please pick up your order during your selected time slot to best serve you, even if it is ready early.
Where do I park to pick up my groceries? How does my personal shopper know that I’ve arrived?
Arrive at your selected store at your designated pickup time, and pull into the parking lot. Look for the Curbside at the Co-op signs indicating where to park. Call the phone number on the sign to let us know you’ve arrived, and we will bring your order out to your car. You can also walk, ride your bike, or take public transit for pickup orders; just follow the same process.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
You can choose to ‘Pay Online’ for contactless pickup or select ‘Pay at Pickup,’ and your personal shopper will hand you a mobile card reader to complete payment after loading your groceries in your car. We accept credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment for your order.
Can I use my EBT/SNAP benefits or WIC benefits on Curbside at the Co-op orders?
Yes, but you will need to come inside the store to complete the transaction at the register. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
I’m a LIME member-owner. Will I still receive my LIME discount?
Yes, just make sure you set up your account using the member-owner instructions and you will receive your discount. Please note the typical non-discountable items will still apply.
I’m a senior member-owner. Will I still receive the Thursday senior discount?
Yes, just make sure you set up your account using the member-owner instructions. You must place your curbside order on a Thursday to receive your discount, but you can select any day of the week to pick up. Please note the typical non-discountable items will still apply.
Can I use a gift card to pay for my order?
Yes, but you will need to come inside the store to complete the transaction at the register. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Can I use my patronage dividend on my Curbside at the Co-op order?
Yes, if you have a patronage rebate balance in the Rewards section of your account, you can type a note to use it in the ‘Order Instructions’ box in your Cart.
Can I use my member-owner quarterly discount on my Curbside at the Co-op order?
Yes, you will see it available for use when you complete your order. You can also save it for a future transaction. To view your discounts and rewards, log in to your Curbside account and click on ‘Rewards’ in the dropdown below your ‘Hello, [your name]’. You can also type your request in the ‘Order Instructions’ box.
Can I use paper coupons for my order?
No, unfortunately, we cannot accept paper coupons for Curbside at the Co-op purchases.
Can I tip my shopper?
We have a no-tipping policy. Any tips our staff collect are donated to our Positive Change recipient. We appreciate your business, and the best way to tip is to continue to use our services and tell others about Curbside at the Co-op.
Can I round up my purchase for Positive Change?
No, unfortunately, our platform does not allow for rounding up your total with curbside pickup. We continue to look for a solution to this.
What if I get the wrong item or need to return something?
Customers can make returns from curbside orders in person at any location. Customers can get credit over the phone for any missing items from their curbside order by contacting curbside staff at the location where they picked up their order. We want you to be satisfied with your curbside experience, so please discuss any issues with our staff.
Can I pay with contact-free payment options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Do you offer delivery?
No, we’re offering curbside pickup only. We’re pleased to offer curbside pickup as a valuable and affordable service to our owners and shoppers during the pandemic. Because our curbside staff members are co-op employees, we believe we offer superior service in this way.
COVID-19 SAFETY
Is Curbside at the Co-op contact-free?
It’s contact-free if you opted to pay online. If you selected “Pay at Pickup”, a mobile card reader will be handed to you when you arrive. The mobile card reader is sanitized after every transaction.
What safety measures are in place to ensure my groceries are safe?
Your shopper will be equipped with the same safety measures for all employees in our store, including following proper handwashing procedures and wearing gloves and a mask.
