It’s a Japanese tradition to have refreshing, cold noodles in the summer such as Soba and Somen noodles. Both are eaten by dipping into soy sauce garnished with wasabi, thinly sliced scallions, Shiso (a Japanese herb), and freshly ground ginger. You’ll learn to make the dipping sauce, prepare the cold noodles, and how to best enjoy the meal. Class includes a full meal.
