Due to COVID-19, we are transitioning our May yoga class to a free, online format. Join yoga instructor Emily Rose for a relaxing evening of Yin Yasa yoga from the comfort of your home! Registered participants will be emailed details to join the class via Zoom the day before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins. Accessible to all experience levels and body types.

For class, you’ll just need your own yoga mat and a computer or phone to connect to Zoom.
