In this session, we will look at the major cultures, ethnicities, traditions and customs that have influenced soul food cuisine. As we create a delicious plant-based meal, we will explore the cooking techniques and healing properties of the ingredients we use to build the flavors of this unique and deeply rooted American cuisine. You’ll receive recipes for the entire menu and we’ll cook the bolded and starred dishes live together:
