Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins.


Soul food often gets a bad rap for being unhealthy, but also for being extremely time-consuming and restricted to special occasions. We will discuss how to plan and prep ahead for great soul food meals that you can conveniently enjoy during the week. Like always, we will create a delicious plant-based meal live together, including sweet and savory black eyed pea pancakes, deconstructed fruit cobbler, and African spiced black tea.
