Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins.
Learn to incorporate more plants into your diet and eat less meat with Chef Jess, who will inspire a more sustainable diet and future for our environment with creative recipes. Jess will inspire a plant-based holiday celebration this month featuring whole roasted cauliflower and warm kale and Brussels sprouts salad with tahini dressing.
