PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, this class is being offered for free online. Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the virtual class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins. 


Learn to incorporate more plants into your diet and eat less meat with Chef Jess. Each month, Jess will demonstrate a different plant-based recipe to inspire a more sustainable diet and future for our environment. This month, learn to make Jackfruit Enchiladas with sweet potatoes, black beans, and a creamy cilantro sauce.

For this class, you’ll just need a computer or phone to connect to Zoom. If you’d like to cook along with Jess, plan to have the recipe, ingredients, and cooking tools handy. The recipe and ingredient list will be emailed out 1 week in advance to allow time for shopping.
