Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins.


Save time and money while making a nutritious meal using an electric pressure cooker. In this cook-along class, Kirsten will demonstrate making both an Italian sausage tortellini soup and a vegan minestrone soup while discussing how to save vegetable scraps for effortless soup stock. We’ll even talk about how to use the Instant Pot to make accompaniments to your meal! Participants will receive an extensive handout.

For class, you’ll just need a computer or phone to connect to Zoom. Participants are strongly encouraged to have an Instant Pot or pressure cooker if you’d like to cook alongside Kirsten. The recipe and ingredient list will be emailed out 1 week in advance to allow time for shopping.
