Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins.


Join Kirsten for a virtual cooking class where she demystifies this kitchen tool while giving tips and tricks to turn the bounty of local produce — from the co-op, farmers market, a CSA farm share, or your garden — into dishes on your table. Recipes demonstrated during class will include herbed barley salad, raspberry beet smoothie bowls, strawberry and lemon-infused water, and a summer squash & potato tian.
