Join Yoga Instructor Myrika Schneider for an evening of Yin/Restorative Yoga to relax body, mind and spirit. You’ll be guided into gentle postures that are suitable for all levels, that help relieve chronic tension and improve mobility. You’ll need a yoga mat, some pillows and a blanket as well as a computer or other device to access the class through Zoom.
