Registered participants will be emailed the handout along with details to join the class via Zoom the week before the class and again as a reminder 1 hour before class begins.


Join yoga instructor Myrika Schneider for an evening of yin/restorative yoga to relax your body, mind and spirit. Myrika will guide you into gentle postures suitable for all levels to relieve chronic tension and improve mobility. You’ll need a yoga mat, some pillows, a blanket, foam roller and a strap or band, as well as a computer or other device to access the class through Zoom.
