Registered participants will be emailed the recipe along with details to join the event via Zoom the week before and again as a reminder 1 hour before the event begins.


Learn about Korean culture and heritage through the eyes of Chef Jess. As an adopted Korean, she will speak about her story and journey to find a deeper connection with food. During this event, you’ll also learn how to make japchae, a traditional celebratory noodle dish with assorted vegetables, noodles and sesame oil, along with a special surprise recipe.
