Join yoga instructor Emily Rose for a free, relaxing evening of Yin Yasa yoga. Combining the deep restoration of yin yoga, and the flowing poses of Vinyasa, YinYasa will calm the mind and body through active meditation. It is accessible to all experience levels and body types.
