Ingredients
  • 4 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups fruit of choice

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until combined.
  2. Gently stir in chia seeds and top with fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
