Ingredients
For Cajun Seasoning
  • 1Tbsp paprika
  • 1.5tsp salt
  • 1.5tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • .75tsp dried thyme
  • .5tsp oregano
  • .5tsp brown sugar
  • .5tsp cayenne
  • .25tsp cracked pepper
For Steak
  • .75lb. Teres major, shoulder tendercut into 2 inch cubes
  • 1-2Tbsp high heat oil for cooking
  • .25cup butter
  • 4cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
  1. Toss steak cubes in cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat skillet over med-high heat until oil begins to emit a small amount of steam.
  3. Sear the steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes each side until edges are crispy and browned, adding extra oil as needed. Set aside.
