Chocolate Ricotta Cream

unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

honey or maple syrup

ground cinnamon

vanilla extract
Chopped almonds, for topping (optional)
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend the ricotta for one minute.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
Adjust sweetness to taste and serve with fresh fruit, shortbread cookies, pretzels or crackers.
