Citrus Collard Greens with Raisins

collard greens, stems removed and sliced into strips

salt

raisins

navel orange
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
Add collards and continue to cook 3-5 minutes or until softened.
Add salt and raisins, sauté 3 minutes.
Slice orange in half and squeeze juice over greens; cook 1 minute more.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
