Ingredients
1wholegrapefruit
2naveloranges
4mandarinoranges
1-2Tbsphoney
1/2 Tbspfresh mint, roughly chopped
Instructions
Cut off the top and bottom of each grapefruit and orange; remove rind and pith. Then remove membrane surrounding each segment and tenderly put each section into a bowl.
Drizzle honey over citrus and add mint, then gently mix salad together. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
