  • 1handful grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1pinch salt

  1. Mix tomato, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add salt to taste.

This recipe does not need dressing because the juices released by the salted veggies create a dressing. If you are looking for more you could splash the dish with lime juice and toss in some cilantro.
