Place cranberries, water and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst.
Slightly mash the cranberries with a wooden spoon to ensure all skins are broken. Add spices and mix well.
Stir in the blueberries, mashing some and leaving some intact. Remove from heat and let cool.
Once cooled, transfer to a bowl and cover. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
