Ingredients
  • 1can chickpeas
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1/4tsp garlic
  • 1/4tsp paprika
  • 1/4tsp turmeric
Instructions
  1. Toss chickpeas in olive oil and seasoning mix.
  2. Roast at 375 degrees for 10-20 minutes. They will be more crispy the longer you cook them.

Chickpeas can be challenging for some people to digest. One way to avoid issues with chickpeas is to remove the outer shell on the beans. To do this, simply squeeze the bean lightly to get the shell off.
