Ingredients
24chicken wings
2Tbsp vegetable oil
2Tbsp soy sauce
2Tbsp green onion, minced
2clovesgarlic, minced
½tspginger, minced
1tspcurry powder
1tspgaram masala
½tspground turmeric
1/8tspground back pepper
Raita Sauce
2cupsplain yogurt
4sprigs mint leaves, minced
1tspsalt
1pinchground black pepper
Instructions
Combine chicken wings, oil, soy sauce, green onions, garlic and spices in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Spread out wings on a large baking dish.
Bake until wings are browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Mix together yogurt, mint, salt and pepper until smooth.
Serve wings with raita sauce and enjoy!
