Ginger Green Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  • 5 green onions
  • 2oz ginger(two fingers worth)
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2cup avocado oil
  • optional: Thai chili
Instructions
  1. Chop green onion and ginger finely. If using Thai chili, slice finely and add. We suggest using a glove to do this as Thai chili peppers are very spicy.
  2. Heat up avocado oil in a pan.
  3. Carefully pour hot oil over ginger and onions. It will sizzle!
  4. Mix in salt
  5. Once cooled you can store this in the fridge. This is a pretty chunky sauce, you can keep in in bigger chunks, or blend to a finer consistency based on your preference.
