Goat Cheese Spread with Herbs

Ingredients
  • 4oz Stickney Hill Plain Chèvre
  • 2tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 2tsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into a log. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with crackers or baguette. Delicious with cucumbers and tomato!
