green beans, washed & trimmed

olive oil

red onion, thinly sliced

dates, chopped
1/3
cup
walnuts, chopped

cayenne pepper

salt, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and green beans and cook 3-5 minutes.
Add walnuts, dates, and cayenne until the nuts are slightly toasted and beans are heated through, about 3-4 more minutes.
Season to taste with salt and serve.
