zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

juice and zest

Instructions
Place zucchini into a shallow bowl and add olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and zest. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place zucchini directly over the heat; close lid. Cook for about 12 minutes, or until tender, flipping every few minutes.
