Ingredients

mahi- mahi, cut lengthwise into 1″ pieces

taco seasoning

tsp.
smoked paprika

vegetable oil

red onion, chopped

tomato, diced

lime, cut into wedges

bunch
cilantro, chopped

corn tortillas

avocado, sliced

bottle
hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Combine seasoning in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of fish.
Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a deep, wide skillet over medium heat.
Add seasoned fish to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
In a small skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat and fry tortillas until soft and warm, about 30 seconds per side.
Fill tortillas with fish, onion, cilantro, tomato, and avocado. Squeeze a wedge of lime over the fish and hot sauce (optional), to taste.
