Ingredients
  • 1lb. mahi- mahi, cut lengthwise into 1″ pieces
  • 3Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1/2tsp. smoked paprika
  • 2Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1large tomato, diced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1bottle hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine seasoning in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of fish.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a deep, wide skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add seasoned fish to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
  4. In a small skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat and fry tortillas until soft and warm, about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Fill tortillas with fish, onion, cilantro, tomato, and avocado. Squeeze a wedge of lime over the fish and hot sauce (optional), to taste.
