mango, pitted and diced

green pepper, diced

red onion, minced

jalapeno pepper, diced

ground cumin

fresh cilantro, minced

freshly squeezed lime juice

pinch
salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Toss mango, green pepper, onion, jalapeno, cumin and cilantro in a mixing bowl with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Salsa may be prepared up to a day in advance, to allow flavors to combine.
