Maple Steel Cut Oats

steel cut oats (gluten free if needed)

milk of choice (almond, flax, etc.)

maple syrup

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve warm. This is delicious topped with banana slices, raisins or slivered almonds!
