Instructions
Layer rice, quinoa, arugula, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion and olives in a bowl.
Mix together plain Greek yogurt, garlic, juice from 1/2 lemon, and tahini.
Top bowl with dressing mixture, hummus and feta.
