cantaloupe, honeydew or mini watermelon

fresh basil leaves

ciliegine mozzarella balls

slices
prosciutto
balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
wooden skewers
Instructions
Halve melon, scooping out and discarding seeds if using a cantaloupe or honeydew. Use a melon baller to scoop 24 melon balls.
Place a melon ball, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, folded slice of prosciutto, and a second melon ball on each skewer.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
