  • 1tbsp butterOr your choice of oil
  • 1clove garlic
  • 1/2cup grape tomatochopped
  • 1pinch salt

  1. Heat frying pan and add oil.
  2. Grate zucchini directly into pan.
  3. Chop garlic and toss in.
  4. Cook 8 mins.
  5. Add chopped tomato and cook 3 mins.
