Ingredients
  • 1 red onion
  • 1tsp pickling spice
  • 1cup vinegar
  • 3tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Heat vinegar, salt, sugar and pickling spice in a pan.
  2. Slice red onion thinly.
  3. Stuff mason jar with red onion.
  4. Cover with vinegar mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, overnight will yield better results.
