  • 2cups oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 2/3cup canned pumpkin
  • 2cups milk of choice
  • 3Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2tsp ginger
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
