Swiss chard, chopped

garlic, minced

roasted cashew pieces
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic to skillet when oil is warm. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add Swiss chard to skillet and saute until wilted, approx. 4 minutes.
Add cashews and stir for 1 minute.
Enjoy plain, or serve over brown rice or quinoa.
