Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove tofu from packaging and liquid. Press tofu very well with paper towels, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Toss with cornstarch and arrange on sheet pan. Bake tofu for 30-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While tofu begins baking, clean stems and ends from green beans and toss with 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil. When you flip your tofu at the halfway point, add green beans to sheet pan and return to oven for another 15-20 minutes or until tofu is golden brown and green beans are tender.
While tofu and green beans are cooking, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic cloves, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until bubbly and thick. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
