Teriyaki Salmon

maple syrup

soy sauce

clove
garlic, minced

tsp.
freshly grated ginger

salmon fillets

green onion, diced
Instructions
Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
Place salmon in a baking dish and coat with the marinade. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top with green onion.
