Instructions
Toss watermelon, cucumber, feta and kalamata olives in bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper.
Squeeze a lemon or lime wedge.

Start with less, and add more seasonings and drizzles to taste.
For a fun display, assemble the salad in a chessboard pattern on a charcuterie or cutting board and serve with a spatula.
