- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced and toasted
- 1/2 cup montforte blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp eden toasted sesame oil
- 1 splash red wine or rice vinegar
- 1 splash tamari or salt
- 1 pinch black pepper, to taste
