Return Policy

We will gladly refund your money in full or replace a purchased product if you have a Mississippi Market Co-op receipt for the product and it is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In the event of a product recall, you may also be issued a full product refund. If you are a member-owner and a product you recently purchased is affected by a Class 1 recall, we will call you with a notification. Any recalled product purchased at Mississippi Market should be returned to us for a full refund.


Special Order Policy

We are happy to order any product from our distributors especially for you! Special ordering products is an easy way to save money, take advantage of sales, and stock up on your favorite items.

Vendor Policy

We’re serious about fostering growth in the local food economy. If you think your product would be a great fit for us, we encourage you to contact our buyers!

If you’re interested in selling us your packaged goods, dairy, or fresh produce items, please contact our purchasing department at purchasing@msmarket.coop.

We give preference to farmers that are certified organic and to products that are sustainably-produced, among other things. Please review our quality standards for more information on our preferred products.
