To get started, complete the membership application below and choose one of the following: a one-time $90 stock investment, a 2-year payment plan, or our reduced-cost $12 LIME membership. We encourage you to review the Rivers Cooperative Markets Articles and Bylaws.

Membership Stock Purchase Agreement(Required)

I hereby subscribe for and agree to purchase 1 share of Class A stock and 14 shares of Class B stock in Rivers Cooperative Markets at $6.00 per share. I understand that this membership application is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, and that my membership is subject to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Cooperative. I agree to abide by this Agreement, and to keep the Cooperative notified of my current address.

You will receive a copy of this agreement when you pick up your membership packet in store.
