- Place your chicken breasts or thighs in your slow cooker. Pour the jars of salsa over the chicken, stir, and cover.
- Set your slow cooker on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
- Once cooked through, use a knife and fork to shred the chicken. That's it! Serving tip- this is a tasty dish when served over rice or in a flour tortilla. Try it topped with avocado, sour cream or cheese.
