Ingredients
- 4-6 medium peaches, halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, butter or ghee
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp powered cardamom
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 splash lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions
- Brush halved peaches with oil or butter; grill, cut side down, for 2–3 minutes. Turn over and cook on second side (Don't press down with a spatula, or you'll lose the juices.)
- Combine yogurt, cardamom, honey, salt, and pepper. Taste to see if sauce needs a bit of acid; if it does, add a bit of lemon juice.
- Serve peaches with yogurt sauce on the side or on top.
Tip
- You can also grill peaches indoors on a grill pan or electric grill.
